HomeCourtPath builds backyard courts and putting greens. This website describes our services, provides educational articles and tools, and lets you request a project review from our team. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. Project requests and construction
Submitting a project request asks our team to contact you about your build. It does not create a construction contract or commit you to purchase. Service availability depends on your location and project requirements. A separate written construction agreement sets the scope, price, schedule, payment terms, and any warranties for the work.
3. Project pricing and your information
We charge for construction under the agreed project scope and written contract. Our articles and planning tools are free to use. We use project requests to respond to homeowners and coordinate their projects; we do not sell requests to lead resellers or blast lists. Our privacy policy explains the service providers that process your information.
4. Educational content
Articles and tools are provided for general planning information, with the sourcing and honesty rules described in our editorial standards. Costs and timelines are typical published ranges, not quotes. 5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping the request form with bots, no submitting other people's personal information, no attempting to disrupt the service. We may decline or discontinue service where these terms are abused.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeCourtPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Construction responsibilities and remedies are addressed in your written construction agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
