What we collect
When you send a project request or use the coverage check, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone if you share it, ZIP code, project details, and your message. The cost calculator, dimensions planner, and surface comparison tools run entirely in your browser and send us nothing. Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate the site, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
We use your request to respond, confirm service availability, review your project, and coordinate follow-up with our team. Requests are delivered by email and recorded in our customer relationship system, with internal lead notifications so our team can respond. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
How our team handles your request
Your request goes to the HomeCourtPath team to discuss and plan your build. We do not sell your information to lead resellers or distribute it to a marketplace of builders. Service providers process the information needed to deliver, record, and coordinate your request as described below.
Who processes it for us
We use Vercel for hosting, Resend for request emails, Cloudflare for lead routing, Close for customer relationship records, and Slack for internal lead notifications. If you choose to book a call, Calendly handles scheduling. The booking link includes your name and email to prefill the booking form, along with the originating brand for routing.
Retention and deletion
We retain project correspondence and customer records as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage your project, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request deletion, email support@homecourtpath.com from the address you used. We will review your request and explain any records that must be retained.
Cookies
This site works without login cookies. Analytics, when enabled, may set a first-party cookie or local storage entry to distinguish visits; nothing here is used to follow you around the internet.
Children
This site is for adults planning construction on their property and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
